I like to compare how my old life and my new life are similar. I love that my human design type puts me as a “projector“ which is a natural born teacher. So I was born to be a teacher. I became a special education teacher in my first life which taught me so much about special needs and everyone coming in on different levels and with different prior experiences. There‘s no one size all for teaching anything in this life. Teaching allowed me to pursue coaching students with ADHD. That trained me to understanding the difference between teaching and coaching and it’s an additional tie in because it’s the bridge between the old life and the new life. Which is why now in this new life, I am able to acknowledge we are all here for different lessons and different experiences will help us learn those lessons. Having the compassion for others and meeting people where their soul level is, is what makes me qualified. Helping people work through things and share new perspectives  with them to help them to live more fulfilled lives with passion and purpose makes me qualified. That I am dedicated to this with all my heart makes me qualified. Yes, I want to do that. I am intuitively led by my guides to help bring about the outcome for the highest good of all.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.

The only difference is ambiance when reiki is done virtually. I usually give suggestions for a few things to do for your environment to make it a tranquil space. Reiki energy flows from a reiki practitioners intentions and in working with your guides to deliver the reiki exactly where it needs to go. Energy just needs to be directed where to go and your guides and my guides can work together across space.
